Experience

  • Rob has practised Law as a Sole Practitioner in the Province of Ontario since 1993
  • Since the late-1990’s, Rob’s practice focus turned to Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation matters
  • Since the early 2000’s, Rob’s practice has been almost exclusively focused on representing injured Workers before the Ontario Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (W.S.I.B.) and the Ontario Workplace Safety & Insurance Appeals Tribunal
  • Rob also counsels and advises Personal Injury civil litigation counsel on s. 31 Right to Sue matters
  • Rob is a regular speaker before the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, a group of personal injury lawyers
  • Rob has represented hundreds of injured workers in appeals before the W.S.I.B. and counsel of record on dozens of reported decisions at the W.S.I.A.T.
